2. The Emotional Freedom Technique

What is EFT?

Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, well established energy meridian points on your body are tapped with the fingertips. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says... "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system." Our unresolved negative emotions can be major contributors to most physical and emotional health symptoms.

A 1:1 session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours and costs £60-00.

Please note, sometimes people learn and try and use this on themselves. Whilst this is possible, working with a trained practitioner has the merits of experience dealing with unexpected obstacles and guiding you through the process. A practitioner also 'keeps you honest'. Sometimes it is easy for us to 'tinker around the edges' and a practitioner can help you to the core more quickly and precisely.

These sessions are tailored to your needs. They are dialogue based processes designed to help you open to greater well-being. They can help with changing low self-esteem, changing limiting beliefs, goal setting and visualisations to enable you to design a new way of living in deeper freedom and more.
