1. Pro-active Coaching and mentoring

Some people recognise that practical steps to change themselves is needed. This is option builds on my many years of personal development and change experience as well my NLP and Journey work experience.

For example, a change of habit in life-style.

Many of us have tried this through 'New Years resolutions' and the like.

Many of us have started full of enthusiasm but without sufficient awareness of an effective approach to maximise the chances of success.

The nature of the support can be very varied tailored to include not just action planning , but also postive self-motivational strategies, NLP tools, assertiveness coaching, life-style review tools and more, matched to your needs on any particular occasion. (£30-00 per half hour)

2. Therapeutic NLP

These sessions are tailored to your needs. They are dialogue based processes designed to help you open to greater well-being. They can help with changing low self-esteem, changing limiting beliefs, goal setting and visualisations to enable you to design a new way of living in deeper freedom and more.

A 1:1 session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours and costs £60-00.
