There is aversion of the Graceful Change programme available for in-house training for graduate trainees, team leaders and managers.

It is called the Mastering Chnage programme. It has been delivered to groups working within local government, insurance, manufacture, finance and the NHS.

The greatest demand is for programmes designed to help managers and team leaders support their staff through the often stressful roller coaster of change.
