Helping you on your path to greater well-being, greater realisation of your full potential and greater joy of life.

Workshop style and protocol

All my workshops are practical, suited to everyday life and highly participative in nature.

They are designed to offer you a safe space for you to explore, reflect, share, laugh and cry (optional extra) around the impact your words, feelings and actions have upon yourself and the world around you.

The activities include a whole range of supportive expeiences from practical exercises to meditative guided visualisation, and the opportunity explore a wide range of tools for use in everyday life.

The workshops are seasoned with a wide range of flavours from the ancient wisdom of self-inquiry and deepening self-discovery to embracing new ways of communicating and living your life.

They are designed to give you the chance to discover your own conclusions, fresh insights and new ideas for action after the workshop.

I find people who come to my workshops also appreciate a sprinkling of challenge, enjoyment and fun alongside the chance to learn something new.

Please note:

I feel it would fail to serve you if I were to presume I had all of the answers to the particular issues you will bring to this workshop. Wherever possible, I feel I serve you more by offering an opportunity for you to use the tools and ideas that may help you find your own answers.

There is an old adage about the value of 'teaching someone to fish' rather than 'throwing someone a fish'. I prefer to go even further by helping you recognise how well you can already fish and how you can recognise untapped ways of fishing for yourself.

Protocol:

A vital part of the success of the workshop is the commitment of each participant to respect the 'sacred space' this work requires. There is also the need from you to be totally willing to support each person in the group with  judgement free openness, privacy, confidentiality and respect. This will allow everyone the chance to fully meet what arises and say what really needs to be expressed in an in environment that supports the highest good of all.
