The Big Picture
Graceful communication naturally arises as words and actions born of qualities such as heartfelt truth, strength, inner wisdom and compassion.
Communication is an essential aspect of being alive. The cells in our bodies communicate to each other. We communicate through are senses, our inner and outer experiences, our thoughts, our emotions, our words and our actions.
We also communicate at a deeper level. This form is given many labels. These include 'intuition', 'flash of inspiration', a 'deep inner knowing', 'prayer', the 'living Truth', meditation,'connecting with the True-self', 'opening to Source' and many more.
It is the common thread that runs throughout every level and aspect of life.
When there is total alignment, life runs really well. We all can quote examples of when this happens. Athletes call it 'being in the zone'. Other phrases we use include 'everything just falls into place beautifully', ' two hearts beating as one', 'at one with the world','effortless being' and many more.
Disruption at one level or more can send us in a spin. Phrases people then use include: 'the worlds gone mad', 'let me out of here', 'I can't see the wood for the trees', 'I just don't seem to be able to make myself understood', 'they take no notice of anything I say', 'I'm ready to explode', 'if you don't stop whinging, I will give you somethimng to really whinge about' and many more often more colourful phrases.
The good news is, if we make the right changes, we can clear out the root cause of the blocks and breakdowns in communication and prevent new ones occurring. This means we can communicate with deeper alignment at all levels and enrich our lives and the lives of those around us.
The everyday uses of being a graceful communicator are many. It can help you refine your build stronger bonds with family. It can enrich your connection with colleagues, clients and friends. It can improve the chances of successful change of habits within yourself and others you are working with during the critical first steps. It can enable you to be more aware of the impact of your communication upon yourself and all those you communicate with. It can change your life.
