1:1 Therapeutic work
My view is that you are an amazing human being full of potential. The focus will always be on freeing you from any burden you are carrying rather than 'fixing what is wrong with you'.
We will work together to clear your emotional obstacles and limiting beliefs which may be affecting your well-being. This opens the chance for you to move forward and enjoy a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
Sometimes people feel they get all they are looking for from one Journey session. Often people realise they have a lot to let go and deal with. They choose to make a personal commitment to themselves to do as many sessions as it takes to get to where they really want to go.
Having nearly 15 years of 1:1 Journey work experience makes me one of the longest serving practitioners in the world. I offer all that experience to you every time we meet.
I do offer other practices alongside this work. These include NLP and life-coaching. If some of these are new to you, then explanations are supplied on the relevant pages.
Important Note:
- The Journey process is NOT designed to take you away from whatever healing or health programme you are on - whether orthodox or complementary. Instead, it is meant to enhance and support your own chosen programme and path to personal growth. In the field of healing there are no guarantees, and there are as many routes to healing and health as there are people. Hopefully, the Journey work and other forms of support I offer will inspire and support you in whatever path you choose. May your chosen journey be filled with the joy of self-discovery and deepening freedom.
- Disclaimer: If you feel that you may have a medical condition, it is advised you see your own qualified medical advisor or other qualified professional and receive a full and proper diagnosis. Whilst I am an experienced Accredited Journey practitioner, I am not qualified to either diagnose, give medical advice, or prescribe any form of alternative treatment for any physical, emotional or mental health condition. If you are under medical or other professional supervision, it is important to keep them informed as and when necessary.
